At MX Parts Direct, we want to ensure you get the right parts to stay on the track. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
STRICT EXCLUSION: ELECTRICAL ITEMS
Please Note: We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any electrical components (including but not limited to Stators, CDIs, Ignition Coils, ECU/EMU units, Regulators, and Wiring Harnesses).
Reasoning: Due to the sensitive nature of electrical systems, these items cannot be tested for internal damage once they have been handled or installed. All electrical sales are final.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging (including all tags, labels, and manuals).
Parts that show signs of being mounted or "test-fitted" will not be accepted.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact Us: Email support@mxpartsdirect.com or call 828-774-7868 with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items, unless it was a mistake on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we sent you the wrong part or the item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
