At MX Parts Direct, our goal is to get your parts from our warehouse to your garage as safely and efficiently as possible. We specialize in high-performance components that require careful handling and secure packaging.

📦 Processing & Handling

Order Verification: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During this time, we conduct a final quality check and verify fitment details where applicable.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

🚚 Standard Delivery Timelines

To maintain a balance between shipping costs and reliability, we utilize a network of premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS).

Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Why 3–7 days? This window allows for ground transport of oversized or weighted items (such as sprockets, tires, and engine components) which are often restricted from standard air freight for safety and cost-efficiency.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's system to update with your package's initial scan.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions & Notes

PO Boxes: Some oversized items or high-value components may require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Service Interruptions: While we strive for the 3–7 day window, transit times may be affected by extreme weather, regional carrier delays, or high-volume seasonal periods.

Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. MX Parts Direct is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address entry at checkout.
