Product Type: EZ Trail XL Universal CV Boot Kit with Installation Tool
Repair a damaged or leaking CV boot with the All Balls 19-5038 EZ Trail XL Universal CV Boot Kit. Designed for select UTVs and larger ATVs, this complete kit combines an expandable XL replacement boot with the reusable cone tool and installation supplies needed to complete the repair.
A torn CV boot can allow protective grease to escape while exposing the CV joint to water, mud, sand and abrasive trail debris. Replacing the boot before the joint becomes heavily contaminated can help protect a serviceable CV joint and prevent more extensive axle damage.
The flexible boot material is designed to stretch over the supplied cone tool during installation. Once installed, the boot can be trimmed and clamped to accommodate compatible CV-joint applications.
Kit Includes
- One EZ Trail XL expandable universal CV boot
- One reusable cone-style installation tool
- Two stainless-steel CV boot clamps
- Lithium-based molybdenum CV joint grease
- Silicone cone lubricant
- Installation instructions

Important Fitment Notice: This is a universal-style replacement boot, but it does not fit every axle. Compare the original boot dimensions with the measurements shown above before ordering or beginning installation.
Always verify the vehicle year, make, model, trim, front or rear axle location and inner or outer CV-joint position. A single vehicle may require different boots at different axle positions.
Inspect the CV Joint Before Installation
This kit is intended to replace a damaged boot around a serviceable CV joint. If the joint is clicking, binding, heavily contaminated, corroded or excessively loose, replacing the complete CV joint or axle assembly may be the better repair.
Installation Note: Correct boot trimming, positioning, grease application and clamp installation are important for proper sealing and long-term CV-joint protection. Professional installation is recommended when proper axle-service tools and experience are not available.
